1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SchoolManager.lk platform (the "Service") provided by Athara Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SchoolManager.lk is a cloud-based school management platform. The specific features available to you depend on the plan your school has subscribed to. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, your school must create an administrative account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
Fees for the Service are billed as either one-time installation fees or recurring monthly subscriptions. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
5. Data Privacy and Security
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your school's data, but no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide data at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Athara Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Athara Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
